The workshops offer a wide range of unit sizes and are also suitable for light industrial and warehouse purposes. Smaller self storage units are also available.
For local amenities, Headingley town centre is just under 2 miles away which provides shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars and other essential facilities.
