Flexspace Northampton is a modern business centre providing a range of offices on flexible terms.

The centre is telecoms & IT enabled and provides meeting rooms, breakout spaces, free car parking, cycle racks and CCTV security.

The offices range from 80 to 2176 ft² (7 to 200 m²) and can be let with or without furniture.

Moulton Park is within walking distance of a coffee shop, cafe, Domino’s and Greggs. Waitrose and a range of local amenities are provided in Kingsthorpe, about a 5 minute drive away. Northampton town centre is approximately a 15 minute drive away.

Road

Leave the M1 at junction 15, At the roundabout take 3rd exit onto the A45. At Queen Eleanor Interchange continue forward onto the A45. At Lumbertubs Way Interchange branch left, At roundabout take 1st exit onto A43. At roundabout take 2nd exit continue on A43 At following roundabout take 2nd exit onto the A5076. At the roundabout, take 2nd exit onto the A5076. Then turn left onto Summerhouse Road.

Easily accessible

Our offices in Blackpool are easily accessible for the people we support, some of whom are in wheelchairs, there is a ramp to the entrance door and disabled facilities. Our offices are nicely decorated, comfortable and affordable.

Our Area Manager is very helpful and readily available should we have any queries or problems. The public areas are kept clean, safe and presentable. She goes over and above the call of duty for the clients.
